Overview
Jade Tan-Holmes, an Australian physics graduate, makes mid-length animated videos on physics, mathematics, and computer science, with a particular pull towards the foundations: Gödel's incompleteness theorems, the halting problem, Russell's paradox, NP-completeness, the measurement problem, and the paradoxes that make a subject interesting rather than merely hard. The videos are scripted with a small team and build each idea from the ground up, assuming curiosity rather than prior study.
Notes
The logic and computation videos are the best short introductions I have found to the ideas that put limits on what can be proved and computed, which is more relevant to epistemology than most philosophers admit. Anyone who wants to know why I treat Certainty as unavailable and Knowledge as provisional could do worse than start with her Gödel and halting-problem episodes, and then notice that the limits are formal results, not moods.
