Lydia McGrew

Notes

Lydia McGrew is an American analytic philosopher and independent scholar whose Hidden in Plain View (2017) revived the nineteenth-century Argument from Undesigned Coincidences for the gospels and Acts. With her husband Timothy McGrew she also wrote the Bayesian case for the Resurrection in the Blackwell Companion to Natural Theology (2009), and, earlier, the paper with Vestrup on the normalisability problem that is the standard objection to the Fine-Tuning Argument. She appears here for the first and, in fairness, the last.
