Notes
Nick Begich Jr. (born 1958), Alaskan author and activist, co-author of Angels Don't Play This HAARP (1995), the book that turned an ionospheric research station into a weather-control and mind-control weapon in the popular imagination. See HAARP Weather Control for why the facility can do neither. Son of a US congressman who disappeared in a plane crash in 1972, which may or may not be relevant to his interest in things the government is hiding.
