Matt Ridley
Notes
Matt Ridley (born 1958), British science writer and hereditary peer. The Origin of Virtue and The Rational Optimist are good on evolution and trade; his climate "lukewarmism" and his chairmanship of Northern Rock when it collapsed are less to his credit.
