Stephen King

Notes

Stephen King (born 1947), American novelist and the most commercially successful horror writer there has been, author of Carrie, The Shining, It, Misery and sixty-odd others. He appears here not for the fiction but for On Writing, his memoir and manual of the craft, which is the clearest short case for plain prose I know and the book that most shaped how these notes are written.
