Bernardo Kastrup
Notes
Bernardo Kastrup (born 1974), Dutch-Brazilian computer engineer and philosopher, the leading contemporary defender of analytic idealism: the view that consciousness is fundamental and that the physical world is how mental processes appear from the outside, rather than the other way round. The mirror image of my own physicalism, argued with more rigour than most of its competitors, which is why he is on my list of people to understand better (People who be and be not based) rather than on the other lists.
