Hamza Andreas Tzortzis (born 1980), British Muslim convert, public speaker and author of The Divine Reality (2016), one of the most visible Islamic apologists in the English-speaking world and a frequent debater of atheists. He is here chiefly for an act of honesty: having built the best-known presentation of the Qur'anic embryology argument, he withdrew it in 2013 with a public statement conceding that the verses matched Galen and showed no foreknowledge. Few apologists of any faith have done the equivalent.
